Annabelle launched The Kitchen Social following her graduation in Level 1 Culinary Nutrition from Leith’s Cookery School in London early in 2019.  She developed her interest in nutrition following her daughter’s diagnosis with a chronic auto-immune condition in 2017 and a complete change of diet has transformed her family’s health. She is now evangelical about the principles of healthy eating which form the basis of all of our cooking.   Building on a passion for cooking for her family over sixteen years, her time at Leith’s has helped to refine and develop The Kitchen Social menus to be more nutritionally balanced yet still delicious, using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.

Nergiz joins Annabelle in the kitchen, bringing with her not only a wealth of Middle Eastern culinary experience and some delicious Turkish recipes, she also ran her own restaurant for 10 years in Hampshire.
