Tamarisk is a local seaweed served with garlic & potato purée, Rosé in the coolest vessel & a bit of an Andy Warhol moment in the supermarket 🇬🇷

Our culinary Greek adventure continues.. freshly caught and alive lobster & sea bass followed by fresh mint & pomegranate ice tea. It’s actually too hot to eat here - Greece is under a severe (heat) weather warning but we managed to squeeze these guys in 🦞🇬🇷

Beautiful Gazpacho (Greek style) followed by whole roasted Red Snapper cooked by the lovely team @andrewhindley for us tonight.. what a treat to be cooked for 🍽🇬🇷

King Prawns fried in Garlic, Zucchini fritters with home-made Tzatziki, Khaifa rolls filled with Kumquat Cream & hot chocolate sauce, local Rosé & resident restaurant feline 🇬🇷

Canapés for 100 in the sun this evening - we served rare roast Fillet of Beef on Rye with home-grown Horseradish & Beetroot, Zingy Chilli Lime Crab in Little Gem, Spicy Yoghurt & Citrus Prawn skewers, Sticky Peach & Halloumi skewers and Miso & Ginger Glazed Pork Belly with home-grown Zucchini ribbon - all decorated with our client’s home-grown edible flowers and fantastic service by the grandchildren 🌸

The most beautiful seafood lunch party today for a gorgeous bride to be - working with my number one waitress 🦀🦞
