Who we are
Annabelle launched her catering company, The Kitchen Social following her graduation in Level 1 Culinary Nutrition from Leith’s Cookery School in London early in 2019. She developed her interest in nutrition following her daughter’s diagnosis with a chronic auto-immune condition in 2017 and a complete change of diet has transformed her family’s health. She is now evangelical about the principles of healthy eating which form the basis of all of the Kitchen Social’s cooking. Building on a passion for cooking for her family over sixteen years, her time at Leith’s has helped to refine and develop The Kitchen Social menus to be more nutritionally balanced yet still delicious, using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
Nergiz and Filiz join Annabelle in the kitchen, bringing with them not only a wealth of Middle Eastern culinary experience and some delicious Turkish recipes, together they ran their own restaurant for 10 years in Hampshire.
Laura joined the team in August 2022. Having worked her way round London’s thriving street food scene on food trucks and stalls, she went on to spend three seasons private cheffing for Scott Dunn in chalets and villas in The French Alps and Mallorca. She then completed an apprenticeship at The Pig hotel in the New Forest before heading up their deli in Southampton.
